Company Philosophy

We were established with the goal of collaborating with a wide variety of people to make clothing which will bring as much joy as possible to those who wear our clothes.

Make the pleasure of wearing,and the joy of the challenge, have greater and greater importance.

In 2001, focusing on planning and sales and based on our goal of becoming a major player in the market, we established GripInternational. In 2004 we established Grip Associe, operating storefront retail and retail consulting services. In 2007 we established GVC, a visual presentation business.

From the beginning, we strive to grow together with our staff, and view our many young staff members as associates, rather than "workers". We strive to hire only the best and our average employee age is 29. We have an ambitious team with great potential.

Through our various business activities, we have greatly transformed the golf apparel market. We started with an entry to the market entitled "A New Style for Golf". As a venture business, we grew by capturing the hearts of customers in what had been a stagnant market.We changed the market from a history-facing one, designed to motivate golfer's performance, into a faster, more forward-facing one focused on fashion. In doing so we created a new paradigm for golf.

Our initial brand Heal Creek is positioned as a high-fashion brand and continues to show growth. Our second brand VIVA HEART surpassed the conventions of the golf-wear market by spurring the golf-related element of the so-called "AneCan Boom" (a woman's fashion magazine that exploded in popularity.) Our import operation was contracted to act as nationwide agent for Europe's number one Italian brand CHERVO,the French brand NUNI, and J.LINDERBERG-- a Swedish brand that is highly acclaimed in Europe and America for golf and casual wear.

Our Japanese licensing operation was launched to handle the Los Angeles-based men's collection ROSASEN. We are making headway in new fields in collaboration with Paris-based collection designer Keita Maruyama, with the line "KEITA MARUYAMA on Green." Apart from branded shops, our storefront management operation expanded business with the select shop, FINE SECOND, and the mall-oriented select shop VH+.

Leading the way into new territories is a great challenge, but we believe it brings great possibilities.

We strive to be the best and growing through challenge. We believe that life is most enjoyable, for both businesses and individuals, when we are all chasing big dreams.
